Thermomax DF100, 90 tube collector providing indoor swimming pool heating. The customer had installed a Solarworks DIY kit on the house roof five years previously. We were then involved in supply and install of the Thermomax collectors on the customers self build pool house. With the customer, we designed the roof layout to incorporate the correct angle for the collectors to maximize all year round collection and reduce oil consumption.

Thermomax DF100, 20 tube collectors installed horizontally, heating two mains pressure 150 litre cylinders used for flats and one 250 litre thermal store used for hot water and space heating in A.C. Architects office.

A 165 watt PV module was installed to run the ventilation system as well.

Veissmann Vitosol 100, 3.5 square metre collector installed with a 166 litre twin core cylinder in a conservation area.  These chocolate brown framed collectors were chosen to match the tile colour.

Thermomax DF100, 20 tubes installed with a 166 litre twin coil vented cylinder for our oldest customer so far (91 years) who wasn’t worried about payback. Are you? You can’t take it with you after all.

After this installation we carried out four more systems in the same street: Marcus Avenue.

Southend – Essex

Thermomax HP200, 30 tube collector installed with 300 litre vented cylinder for a five bedroom house. This installation was carried out under the Southend solar grant scheme of £1100 which has now finished.

Southwold – Suffolk

Thermomax DF100, 140 tubes heating domestic hot water and space heating of a large four bedroom, highly insulated European kit built house by David Taylor of Southwold.

A 300 litre mains pressure hot water cylinder is heated first and excess energy is diverted in to a 1000 litre buffer cylinder which supplies heat to the underfloor heating and is topped up by a gas boiler in the winter months.

Large array of Thermomax tubes mounted on the roof and walls of a small building to provide hot water for pool heating and domestic hot water.

Thermomax HP200 – 150 tubes providing domestic hot water and heating an indoor swimming pool. Perfect application of solar energy. Hot water is provided all year round by the collectors and surplus energy is used to heat the pool.
